Vishram Bedekar, Gajanan Jagirdar, and Raja Nene were pillars of Prabhat Film Company in its early days. Bedekar, and Nene were regular writers and Directors, while Jagirdar was a famous actor and Director. This film marks one of the rare collaboration of all three stalwarts.

Gajanan Jagirdar
Gajanan Jagirdar was a veteran Indian screenwriter, film director as well as a prominent Hindi and Marathi cinema actor. He was born on April 2, 1907, in the Amravati city of the Amravati district in Central Provinces of British India. The Indian cinema saw the rise of Jagirdar from the years 1942 to 1947 as a film director alongside Prabhat Films. The veteran passed away on 13 August 1988 at the age of 81 in Bombay (now, Mumbai), Maharashtra in India. His first encounters with the Bollywood industry was as a child actor. Before making his way to the Indian film industry, Gajanan Jigardar was a teacher.
Jagirdar started making waves in the industry as a Scenarist and an assistant director before becoming a full-time movie director in 1934 in Prabhat Film Company. He directed a 1934 film Sinhasan, which was his debut as a film director. His famous role in the movie Ramshastri as the character of Ramshastri won him major fame and appreciation from the industry. Other than that, he played major roles in prominent movies like Meetha Zahar in 1938, Vasantsena in 1942, Behram Khan in 1946, Raj Tilak in 1958, Babar, Amrapali, Yahudi Ki Ladki, Paying Guest, Aadmi Aur Insaan and many more.
