Patricia Chapple Wright (born September 10, 1944) is an American primatologist, anthropologist, and conservationist. Wright is best known for her extensive study of social and family interactions of wild lemurs in Madagascar. [1]

Early life
[edit]Patricia Wright was born in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, on 10 September 1944 to Julia Delores, a school librarian and Hugh Edward Chapple, a foundry supervisor.
Education
[edit]Wright obtained a bachelor's degree in biology in 1966 from Hood College. She later went on to obtain her Ph.D. in Anthropology from City University of New York in 1985 under the direction of Warren Kinzey.

Patricia Wright Ellis (born July 5, 1921)[1] is an American former actress and dancer, weather presenter, announcer, and commercial spokeswoman who made several film and television appearances throughout the 1950s and 1960s. She also wrote, directed and produced, and was featured in printed adverts and educational videos for which she won awards, including at the Argentine Film Festival.[2] Ellis was the leading lady in the short subjectCuckoo on a Choo Choo, opposite The Three Stooges. [edit]Wright grew up in Washington state and attended Washington State University, before moving to Hollywood to start an acting career in the 1940s. She worked as a secretary production assistant in radio, and was a production assistant on The Bob Hope Show.
